Niki is the co-founder of Cavell Rose which was founded in 2011.  Niki has worked in the financial sector since 2002 and specialises in the mortgage and insurance side of the business.  Her in-depth knowledge of lenders and products helps to ensure a stress-free process whether it is a mortgage for a first-time buyers, a re-mortgage, house move or Buy to Let.   
When not working Niki likes to travel and socialise with friends!

Nicola joined Cavell Rose in 2012 after working for other financial houses. Nicola has a wealth of financial qualifications, including Diploma in Financial Planning, Qualified Equity Release adviser and Certificate in Mortgage Advice, CII (MP&ER).  Nicola is qualified to provide financial advice in all areas ; life insurance, illness protection, income protection, savings and investments, pensions, Mortgages, Equity Release.
Nicola is a “real old fashioned soul” and loves spending time with her family and friends, and "making happy memories". Animals and the outdoors are her real passion and organising events that bring the community together.

Lisa has worked at Cavell Rose since April 2013.  Lisa has the onerous task of keying the mortgage cases onto the various compliance systems after they have been accepted by the mortgage companies.  This is an important role as it ensures that Cavell Rose meets the strict compliance standards set out by the financial industry.

Lisa enjoys travelling to Spain during the holidays and spending time with family and friends.

Jason is the newest member of the team joining Cavell Rose in late 2021.

Jason has taken on the role of Paraplanner in assisting Nicola in her day-to-day duties which involves a lot of background research, dealing with investment companies, insurance and mortgage data.

Jason has spent many years in sales and management with a lot of it in the construction and the built environment sectors and has a wealth of experience with a broad range of clients and companies.

Jason enjoys working on his kit car (which is taking forever!) and any thing mechanical and enjoys trips abroad on his motorcycle. Along with Nicola, we organise a lot of village events which has brought the community together, which makes for a very good social life!

Christina has been part of the team since 2017 and works closely alongside Niki, assisting with the mortgage processing and doing the thoroughly enjoyable job of ensuring the files are all compliant.

Christina enjoys fine dining (except if Niki is cooking!) and travelling. She loves to spend time with her friends and family, especially the younger members.

Liz has worked for Cavell Rose since January 2016. Liz has worked in Financial services for ten years, Liz deals with the day to day accounts for the company dealing with different queries and invoicing.

Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, socialising with friends and holidays abroad.

Sarah joined Cavell Rose in September 2015 and is an integral part of the team.  Sarah is tasked with liaising with the lenders to ensure all documentation is processed smoothly and solicitors to ensure completion dates are met in a timely manner.  Sarah also deals with day to day office correspondence and data management.   

Sarah likes  to spend time with her family and enjoys going on holiday!!
